Common issues we correct
- Pluggy / doll’s hairline with thick multi-grafts sitting in the front row.
- Low density or see-through appearance after previous surgery.
- Unnatural angles or wrong direction causing spiky, messy look.
- Visible scarring (FUT strip, FUE dotting) or cobblestoning.
- Over-harvested donor with patchiness that needs camouflage.
Our corrective toolkit
- Micro/Nano-FUE redistribution using singles for a soft, feathered hairline.
- Excision/punch-out of wrongly placed multi-grafts, then refine with singles.
- SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation) to reduce contrast and blend scars.
- Scar revision, PRP-assisted healing and texture improvement.
- Beard/body grafts in select cases when scalp donor is limited.
What we evaluate
| Area | Details |
|---|---|
| Donor status | Availability, homogeneity, previous over-harvest zones. |
| Recipient | Current density, angles, direction, hairline shape. |
| Scars | FUT line width/quality, FUE dot spread, cobblestoning. |
| Old grafts | Size (multi vs single), depth, placement to keep/remove. |
| Expectations | Naturalness priority, hairstyle, timeline & budget. |
We plan corrections conservatively to protect donor reserves and deliver natural aesthetics.
How Repair & Corrections Work
1Assessment
Photos, angles, scar review, donor mapping.
2Design
Hairline simulation and graft planning.
3Correction
Punch-out/relocation of wrong multi-grafts.
4Redistribution
Singles in front, density layering behind.
5Blend & Finish
SMP/PRP as needed, aftercare & follow-up.
Who is a good candidate?
- Previous transplant with unnatural hairline or insufficient density.
- Visible FUT/FUE scars or cobblestoning you want to conceal.
- Donor still has usable singles or scope for beard/body grafts.
- Realistic expectations and willingness to follow the plan.
Downtime
Similar to FUE sessions: mild soreness/redness for a few days; aftercare provided.
Transparent Cost
Pricing depends on graft numbers to relocate/add, scar work, and any SMP/PRP integration. You’ll get a clear, itemised quote after examination and design mapping.

Yes. We can punch-out or partially thin bulky grafts and replace the front row
with singles for a soft, natural frame.
We prioritise hairline naturalness using available singles and may combine
with SMP to boost perceived density while protecting donor reserves.
Micro/Nano-FUE uses small punches to minimise marks. We also plan extraction patterns to
avoid patchiness and may use SMP for blending if required.
Initial refinement is visible early, but grafts need time to grow. Expect noticeable improvement by 3–4 months,
with maturation continuing for 8–12 months.
